JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence) is Dubai's largest beachfront residential complex, stretching along 1.7 km of coastline. Its 40 residential towers are organized into six clusters: Bahar, Shams, Amwaj, Sadaf, Rimal, and Murjan, with each apartment offering sea, beach, or city views.

Proximity to the Arabian Gulf creates unique conditions: high humidity, salt air, and intense sun. Standard fabrics deteriorate quickly in these conditions. We use specially treated materials with UV protection and anti-corrosion coatings for all curtain hardware.

Most JBR apartments feature balconies with sliding glass doors. Vertical blinds or panel curtains are ideal — they slide easily and don't obstruct balcony access. For bedrooms, we recommend roller blackout blinds combined with decorative drapes.

JBR is known for its vibrant nightlife, making sound insulation important too. Heavy multi-layered curtains reduce noise from The Walk promenade and restaurants below, ensuring peaceful sleep.
